Meet Chef Beth
Chef Beth’s passion for food began in rural upstate New York, where time spent cooking and baking alongside her Jewish mother sparked a lifelong appreciation for scratch-made meals and meaningful connections around the table. Raised in a home where food was both nourishment and love, Beth learned early on that cooking could be a way to care for others and build community.
As a teenager, Beth began selling homemade pastries to teachers and peers, using the proceeds to support her growing hobby and donate to charity. In college, her interest in food evolved into a deeper focus on health and nutrition, leading her to explore alternative ingredients and create desserts and meals that balanced flavor with well-being. This curiosity and care for dietary needs shaped the foundation of her approach to cooking.
After college, Beth pursued her dream of providing allergen-friendly meals and snacks to communities throughout New York before relocating to Colorado to continue building her entrepreneurial path. With over a decade of experience, she formally launched Baker Beth Catering to serve Denver and the surrounding areas with thoughtful, from-scratch food for events, families, and everyday life.
